Tear-resistant paper. Ideal for particularly heavy-duty hang tags, plant stabbers and documents. Excellent strength thanks to dimensionally stable and thermostable polyester film core.

ENDURO Classic Plus 285 G is a hard-wearing composite material consisting of a 100 µm PET film core and white, natural satin-finished paper surfaces. The three-layer product structure is robust, resistant to edge tearing, water impermeable and suitable for certain outdoor applications. It can be cut, punched, perforated, drilled, embossed, scored, folded, glued and bound without issue.

The super-calendered, extra-smooth paper surfaces offer optimized feed properties and printing results. Thanks to the highly absorbent surfaces, all common standard inks and varnishes can be used in offset and flexo printing. Suitable for laser printing and variable thermal transfer and dot matrix printing. With excellent drying and ink/toner adhesion. Can be stamped easily and lettered manually.

Thanks to the multi-layer product structure ENDURO offers an affordable, eco-friendly and sustainable alternative to fully synthetic media. It is PVC-free and FSC®-certified.

    General tips

    For quality reasons ENDURO should be stored originally packed. Storage & converting conditions of 20±5°C and 50±10% rel. humidity are recommended.

    Please inform us whenever intended use is linked to food contact.
    It may be possible to provide a Declaration of Compliance confirming material suitability for your specific application.

    Waste disposal
    Due to the film content of over 50%, paper recycling is not recommendable for this product. Smaller quantities can be disposed of together with household waste. ENDURO Classic Plus 285 G is considered commercial waste similar to household waste. It is biologically neutral when landfilled.
    In most cases, incineration with energy recovery is the most efficient solution from an economic and ecological point of view.
    Larger quantities should be disposed of in accordance with local and national regulations. We recommend enquiring with the responsible waste disposal company.

    Durability

    Originally packed under recommended storage conditions ENDURO rolls and sheets can be stored for at least 3 years.
