Tear-resistant paper. Ideal for tear-resistant hang tags and indexes. Increased strength thanks to dimensionally stable and thermostable polyester film core.

ENDURO Classic Plus 225 G is a hard-wearing composite material consisting of a 50 µm PET film core and white, natural satin-finished paper surfaces. The three-layer product structure is robust, resistant to edge tearing, water impermeable and suitable for certain outdoor applications. It can be cut, punched, perforated, drilled, embossed, scored, folded, glued and bound without issue.

The super-calendered, extra-smooth paper surfaces offer optimized feed properties and printing results. Thanks to the highly absorbent surfaces, all common standard inks and varnishes can be used in offset and flexo printing. Suitable for laser printing and variable thermal transfer and dot matrix printing. With excellent drying and ink/toner adhesion, ink drying and toner adhesion. Can be stamped easily and lettered manually.

Thanks to the multi-layer product structure ENDURO offers an affordable, eco-friendly and sustainable alternative to fully synthetic media. It is PVC-free and FSC®-certified.

    General tips

    For quality reasons ENDURO should be stored originally packed. Storage & converting conditions of 20±5°C and 50±10% rel. humidity are recommended.

    It may be possible to provide a Declaration of Compliance confirming material suitability for your specific application.

    Waste disposal

    ENDURO Classic Plus 225 G can be disposed of via the recycling path for waste paper. It is classified as “Mixed waste paper, grade 5.01” according to EN 643.
    ENDURO Classic Plus 225 G can also be disposed of via the recycling path for lightweight packaging (LVP). It is classified as “PPC (paper, paperboard, cardboard) from LVP, fraction no. 550”.

    The majority of the paper fibres (59% of the total product) can be recovered in the paper recycling process. The film will be separated and can be used for thermal energy recovery.

    These recycling recommendations apply to ENDURO material prior to its processing (printing, pushing, aso).

    ENDURO Classic Plus 225 G has been awarded its recyclability certificate by the Institute Cyclos-HTP.

    Durability

    Originally packed under recommended storage conditions ENDURO rolls and sheets can be stored for at least 3 years.
