Sihl PICOFILM SR-115 WP is a HDPE thermal film with topcoat, high sensitivity and very good resistance.

PICOFILM SR-115 WP is robust, tear-resistant and can be cut, punched, perforated and folded perfectly. The thermal film has very good resistance to light, climate, water, oil / grease and plasticisers. In addition, the product and the thermal printout are extremely resistant even at temperatures of up to 100°C.

The thermo-sensitive paper surface convinces in direct thermal printing with good printing results and increased sensitivity. PICOFILM SR 115 WP can be printed perfectly in flexo and UV offset.

PICOFILM SR 115 WP is phenol free.

    General tips

    For quality reasons, PICOFILM should be stored in its original packaging. For storage and finishing, we recommend a room climate of 23±5°C and 50±10% relative humidity. Direct light and sunlight as well as exposure to aggressive chemicals should be avoided.
