ENDURO Effect 285 Heat Resistant is a hard-wearing composite material consisting of a 75 µm PET film core and gloss-coated paper surfaces without optical brighteners. The three-layer product structure is robust, heat resistant, resistant to edge tearing, water impermeable and suitable for certain outdoor applications. It can be cut, punched, perforated, drilled, folded and bound without issue.

The glossy paper surfaces offer optimized feed properties and printing results and can be printed with all common standard inks and coatings in offset and flexo printing. Suitable for laser printing and variable thermal transfer printing. With excellent colour rendering, high print contrast and good barcode readability, as well as perfect drying and ink/toner adhesion.

Thanks to the multi-layer product structure ENDURO offers an affordable, eco-friendly and sustainable alternative to fully synthetic media. It is PVC-free and FSC®-certified.

    General tips

    For quality reasons ENDURO should be stored originally packed. Storage & converting conditions of 20±5°C and 50±10% rel. humidity are recommended.

    Printing instructions

    ENDURO can be printed in offset, flexo and rotogravure.
    You need only standard printing inks.

    We always recommend comprehensive testing of materials prior to regular conversion.
