Premium vinyl film with a permanent adhesive for the production of signs and advertising media in photographic quality

SA Vinyl Plus is a permanently adhesive, monomeric PVC film for quick dry prints in photographic quality. It is suitable for bonding with all flat and smooth substrates and therefore an optimum solution for the production of signage and indoor advertising media. This gloss finish, flexible film is optimised for printing with aqueous inks. Thanks to its water-resistant coating, it is also suitable for short-term outdoor applications when printed with pigment inks. The prints impress with high colour saturation, while quick drying times ensure a hassle-free and efficient printing process. As the material has no optical brighteners, it guarantees prints that impress with enduring brilliance and consistently high gloss in all printed and unprinted areas.

    General tips

    The converting and storage should take place in a climate from 35 to 65% to relative humidity at a temperature from 10 to 25°C. Keep the product in the original packaging (cardboard box and PE bag). The material should be stored in its hanging fixations of the box. Optimal printing results can be achieved when printed within 4 months after delivery. It is always recommended that cotton gloves be used when handling InkJet coated materials to avoid fingerprints.For additional protection the product is suitable for cold lamination allowing longer outdoor durability.

    Application on objects:
    The surfaces to be glued must be smooth, dry, clean and free of fat. For optimal adhesive binding a processing temperature of 15 – 25 degrees C is recommended. The adhesive film should not be used on objects of ABS, PVC, Polystyrol, Polycarbonate, Polyamide as well as surfaces painted with acrylic paint. Generally, one should not stick the vinyl film on fresh painted objects!
    How to take off the film after use:
    Best temperature is between 15 – 25 degrees C. Little left glue can be removed with soapy water or petrol (attention: resistance of the undercoat against the detergent should be proved before use).
