ENDURO MD SHIELD THERMAL 185 is a thermal direct printable robust tear-resistant paper-based product with an aluminum core.
It will be detected in metal-detectors.

It is used as a loop-lock tag or hang tags in the food processing and textile industry.

ENDURO MD SHIELD THERMAL 185 can be cut, punched, perforated, drilled, folded, glued and bound without issue.

Its high-quality paper surface offers optimized feed properties and printing results. Both sides can be printed with all common standard inks and coatings in offset and flexo printing.
The thermal coating is with standard sensitivity. It is top coated, resistant against external influences.

It is PVC-free and FSC®-certified. An affordable and sustainable alternative to synthetic products.

  • Instructions

    General tips

    For quality reasons, ENDURO Thermal should be stored in its original packaging. The material should be used up within 12 months, semi-finished and intermediate materials, pre-printed or partially printed materials should be finished or finished within 4 weeks.

    For storage and finishing we recommend a room climate of 23 ± 5°C and 50 ± 10% relative humidity. Direct light and sunlight as well as exposure to aggressive chemicals should be avoided.
