SIHL at the LABELEXPO EUROPE
This year, Sihl will once again be presenting a cross-section of its broad portfolio at Labelexpo Europe in Brussels, the world‘s largest event for the label and packaging industry. This will include applications from the FACESTOCK, DURABLES and PRESSURETAC ranges. The new PACKAGING range will be included here for the first time.
This year, as an innovative supplier of functional, digitally printed water-based inkjet packaging solutions for narrow web applications, Sihl has been revolutionising the packaging market.
ARTYSIO is the revolutionary solution for digitally printed flexible packaging films with water-based inkjet technology, which meet the requirements of the packaging market through targeted functionality. Sihl‘s unique and brand new packaging films enable a wide range of packaging applications that can be printed with water-based inkjets and sealed with heat and ultrasound. The backing layer meets the requirements to provide a barrier, for touch & feel, suitability for printing and machine handling, conformity, ability to be sealed and user-friendliness with for example the „easy opening“ function.
The FACESTOCK range has recently enjoyed further success. PICOFILM O-60 WHITE XM1 from Sihl‘s FACESTOCK range received its 6th award with its certification to BS5609 section 3 for the Afinia L501 colour label printer.
Sihl offers a wide range of durable FACESTOCK films for demanding applications, which will once again be clearly presented at Labelexpo. Sihl will be presenting innovations in its “FACESTOCK for laser” range.
The PRESSURETAC range guarantees residue-free labelling of goods in logistics. These tags only stick to themselves and do not stick to any other materials. This will be demonstrated live at Labelexpo. You will be able to print on PRESSURETAC yourself using thermal transfer printing and attach or remove the loop tags easily and quickly, without waste or residues!
ENDURO contributes to sustainability. Due to its multi-layered structure with a high proportion of paper, in many cases ENDURO offers an inexpensive and ecologically sustainable alternative to synthetic papers, which is nevertheless durable and hard-wearing. ENDURO is free from PVC and FSC®-certified (Forest Stewardship Council).
